Images show as broken links when the site is accessed from Instagram's bio with an Android device

Hi,

I just realised that my website shows broken image links when someone accesses it from an Android device by clicking the link in my Instagram bio. The site looks fine otherwise, images show from PC, mac and apple devices. I only have this issue when someone has an android and clicks the link in my Instagram bio to visit the site munchstudio.co.uk

Can you please advise? This is really bad… basically there’s no point to promote my agency via Instagram if this cannot be fixed Many thanks!

Thanks for asking.

Kind of confusing the problem you are facing. I opened the website link munchstudio.co.uk on mobile device and in footer you have added link to Instagram profile. When I clicked on that it opens your instagram page in a new tab. In my case it opens the profile in Instagram App. I also tried to click the website link you have shared on the Instagram profile. All seems to be working fine including Images. Can you please share few screenshots? I am using Motorola G3. Kindly let me know if I am missing something.

Sure, apologies it is indeed a confusing issue…

Please find attached a screenshot of how the website looks when I click the website link munchstudio.co.uk I have shared in my Instagram profie using an LG G4 and an LG G6 phones, I also tried with an older Motorola Moto G. Thanks!

Please edit the first two sections on your page containing the portfolio images and make sure all the images are loaded with their “https://” URL not “http://” this should fix your problem.
