Images only displaying as thumbnails

Hi,

I’ve used xtheme for a number of years now, but recently i’ve tried to upload an image and insert it into a page. The image is 2000 x 750, but when i add it into a page, it will only show as 300 x 113 (retina).

I think it may be a thumbnail size. Any ideas what’s going on here? It’s very peculiar. I’ve never had anything like this happen before. The page is here, and image URL is here:

Thanks for writing to us.

The image added as a background image. You need to upload the full-size image and set the image size as Full size the the WordPress media size options.
Here is a screenshot.
