Images not visible in media library

Hello,

Starting a new thread as requested.

I’m having issues viewing the media library on wordpress and none of the images are appearing on the website. I’ve done a range of trouble shooting such as removing all plugins, activating one of the default themes, changing the file permissions on the upload directory and still nothing.

I’ve added the required information in a secure note.

Upon checking your media files, there are a lot of 403 issue. This issue has something to do with the permission. Please reach out to your hosting provider for further assistance. You may also check this article.

All fixed now! I had to change the permissions at the root!
