Hi,
I’ve resized the images on my website, but when reviewing the pages on cornerstone the image are still the original size. Why is that?
Thanks,

Hey,
Thank you for writing in!
Did you try to clear up the cache?
No - how do I do that?
Thanks!
Hi,
I cleared all of the cache and the images still aren’t updating. What do I do now?
Hi There,
Which specific page you are referring to?
Thank you
Multiple pages (all pages under the EVA App Menu (called Software in the dashboard -> appearance -> menus).
Here is an example:
http://www.mobileod.s6.fcomet.com/wpmobile/x/#/content/528/
From that page you can view the others under the “EVA App” menu in the sidebar.
Thanks!
Hello There,
Thanks for updating in!
“I’ve resized the images on my website, but when reviewing the pages on cornerstone the image are still the original size.”
If you would like to insert a different image size, get the url of the smaller image and make use of the “insert from url” instead: http://prntscr.com/fw8n3z
Hope this helps.
Hi,
Thanks for your reply but that did not address my issue. I have multiple pages with images I inserted from the media library. I resized the images in the media library after creating the pages and inserting the images, but the images on the pages didn’t change in size.
I erased the hash on the website and on my computer, and nothing changed on the pages. What should I do so the images update properly globally, and I don’t need to re-insert all of the images?
Thanks,
Alon
Hi Alon,
You may install and run this plugin after you have edited your images.
Hope that helps.
