Images not showing up under names

Hi there,

Our clients have sent us this question:

Somewhere along the way we lost the faculty pictures that were on all series pages.

Example:

The item circled used to have a picture of the faculty person above the name. It would then link to the faculty “bio” page which had the same picture. Now it doesn’t.

Is it posisble to restore all of them?

We have been looking into ways how we van place the photo of the relevant faculty member with their name, but haven’t been able to see any place other than the featured image where that photo would be placed.

Hi INcroatia,

Thank you for writing in, but regretfully we won’t be able to provide support for this issue. This issue seems to have something to do with a 3rd party plugin Tribe Events. I could be wrong, please clarify. But if this is really an issue with Tribe Events plugin, then please contact their support instead as they are more familiar with their plugin.

In the meantime, I would like to advise you to do a Testing for Plugin Conflict, you might have other plugins that is conflicting with Tribe Events.
