Images not showing in Content Builder

Hi,

See attached screenshot: in Safari on my iMac images won’t show when I’m the Content Builder. They do show up on the front end but when editing a page I can’t see what changes have been made. This only happens in Safari, not in Firefox or Chrome. Is this a common thing for Safari, or is my iMac too old (though that should also affect Firefox), or anything other? It occurs on all websites I make with Pro.

Can you please let us know the version of Safari you are using on iMac? Content builder works fine in Safari that also includes that images. In case you are using old version of Safari, please update the same to latest version which as of today is Version 12.0.3.

I also suggest you to try opening the Content builder from a different Mac (Laptop or Desktop) and see it goes.
