Images not displaying on site

Hello

I’ve updated to the latest version of X Theme but I noticed that the images on my site are not displaying (this was the same before I updated but I only noticed then). Everything shows up fine in cornerstone so I puzzled how to rectify this. Any guidance appreciated. Thanks. My site is https://magicwedding.co.uk

Hi Kev,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Based on what I’ve seen from other users updating, these things could help:

  • Make sure both X and Cornerstone are updated to the latest version.
  • Disable Smush lazy loading if you’re using that plugin.
  • Clear any caching plugins you may be using, and your browser cache.

I checked your site and it looks like you’re using the Smush lazy loading feature, we have received reports about images disappearing because of the Smush plugin, disabling the lazy loading feature should fix the issue. Let us know how this goes!
