Images not appearing all of a sudden

Hi I added images and they aren’t showing in our bio section but not on the teams age but they had been fine before and pre ioulsy the same pictures are on the bio page and are fine. I replaced them w new images still no luck… I checked w hosting and cleaned both browser and they did serve cache no luck see chat screenshot.
Lmk your thoughts

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that you are still using an older version of the X theme and Cornerstone, I would suggest you update the X theme to its latest version i.e. 8.3.3 by following the below steps while updating the X theme and the Cornerstone and check if that issue still exists.

1. Delete the Cornerstone existing one
2. Update the X theme to the latest version i.e. 8.3.3
3. After deletion of the Cornerstone, please use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone.

I did the updates on my staging site as instructed and I’m having the same issue. if you look at the code its not adding in the full image source (see screenshot)

I have it working on my other site with another X theme and cornerstone. see this

Hi @designbabe,

It seems that the 3rd party plugin named Team members for cornerstone is the reason behind your issue, it might be using the older version of classes which is not showing the proper social icons. I would suggest you contact the plugin author on this. The page had similar image is using the social icons as image not classes, and that is why it is showing properly.

Please remember that we don’t provide any support to the 3rd Party plugins or related issues.
