Images missing from subpages

Images on sub pages are missing all of a sudden. here is link to one page with issue. https://greensteindental.com/root-canal-is-it-right-for-you/

Site is using the Gym theme.

There is suppose to be two images at top of page that are missing. Also logo at bottom of all pages is missing.
Additionally, contact button is not displaying. See on this page under dislodged teeth.

Thanks for reaching out.
This might be due to the mixed or insecure content, you may need to upload the image once again from the source. If you don’t have the images, please download it from your site to your computer and upload it again.
Or you can enable the insecure content from your browser settings, once you enable it the images will start coming. Please find a few articles on how to resolve the insecure issue.
