I switched to the default WordPress theme and deactivated all plugins yet the issue persists. This means that this is not a theme nor a plugin issue but has something to do with your WordPress and/or server setup.
Before asking for support, please ensure that the issue is caused by our theme first. You can do that by performing the troubleshooting steps listed here https://theme.co/docs/common-issues
Regretfully, this is beyond our theme’s control therefore we could not provide support. Please contact your web host to resolve this issue.
