Upon testing your page URL using Facebook debugger tool (https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/) and I see the following error.
Missing Properties: The following required properties are missing: fb:app_id
Could you please try following this resource and see if that helps (https://kb.yoast.com/kb/warning-fb-app-id-hasnt-been-included-in-the-meta-tags/). You can also check this video guide if required (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m7_mnxIM3vw).
