Images coded with Cornerstone not appearing after X Theme upgraded to V7.0.4

Hello,

Unfortunately, my site appears to be broken after upgrading (belatedly) to version 7.0.4. You can see the website here:

https://nnnpropertiesgroup.com/

As you can see, none of the images that were coded using Cornerstone shortcode are appearing anywhere on my website. If you check the source code, you will see where the images should appear. You can also visually see where the images appear on the site by accessing an older version of the site that I deployed in my staging environment here:

https://nnnproperties.staging.wpengine.com/

Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue? Thank you!

Hello, I am bumping this in case it was accidentally overlooked. Thank you, support staff!

Hello,

Checking in again. Is there a new way to file for support, or are you guys just backlogged? Please advise, as my site is significantly broken right now without these images. Thank you.

Nevermind. It was a lazyload plugin conflict. I deactivated the plugin and it’s working now. Thanks!

Hello @gignnn,

Thanks for writing in!

Just for future topics, self responding or bumping your post pushes it back in our Queue system so it takes longer to respond to.

It’s nice to know that you have figured out a way to resolve your issue. One thing to keep in mind though that:

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

And please clear your browser cache too. You may use private browsing mode in testing your site to make sure that you are viewing the latest codes from the updates and not the cached version in your browser.

Cheers.
