Images changing width on different pc's with same resolution

this is the screenshot from my PC and as you can see the image does not go full width. However I have removed margins and set the width correctly. I know this because on my partners PC with the same resolution it works.

I realise this must then be an issue with my machine but I literally do not know what it could be.

Any ideas?

We fixed that issue now (the staging site should work) but it’s still not responsive - on my PC it looks fine but on my partner’s and on the iPad the image and menus don’t quite seem to fit the screen. On my screen the yellow button and the menus are visible as soon as you load the screen but this is what my partner is seeing this picture

Please fix it first. You can try the solutions in this article.

Based on your screenshot alone and your description, it looks like you’re using a Fullwidth Slider and used the Slider Above Masthead page option? If so, please set your slider to Fullscreen. See https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-setup/#slidelayout

Then, insert .masthead inside the Containers field.
