Image v2 Element not appearing in Cornerstone

Hey, I’m having an issue where I can’t seem to get most v2 image elements to display in Cornerstone while editing the page. Classic images seem to work as expected, but v2 image elements do not. Front end displays fine, but I’m designing blind! I’ll attach a link to a screencast in a secure note.

I should also mention that this only happens in Safari 12. These v2 elements seem to work fine in Firefox 62.0.3 and Chrome 69.
