Image Upload Tab

I am not sure if this is a Wordpress core issue or a theme issue as it is backend.

But for a few weeks now when I try and upload an image for a post, the upload files tab doesn’t change when clicked.

I workaround by uploading the image from the media manager, but that’s a pain. Have you seen this before at all?

Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

• X theme 7.2.3
• Cornerstone 4.2.3
• WordPress core 5.3.2

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

And if everything is up to date and still the issue occur, This could be caused by a 3rd party plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
