I just downloaded a fresh version of X-Theme for a new site, which can be seen at www.ledcustomdesigns.com. When I click on the Source box to bring up the Media Library, nothing happens. The same is true for a Section/Row/Column background image. I was able to get a section image to show up by deriving it from the Featured Image, but clearly that isn’t an adequate solution. I manage about 17 websites that use the X-theme so am fairly familiar with how it works.

This issue seems to be unique to your installation only. Have you tested for a plugin conflict already? Please check out the most common issues and how you can troubleshoot it:
If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
