looks like image scale down setting seems to have no influence on picture size in 4.0.7.

See screenshot, does not matter which value I enter, the image remains the size, in my example I set it to 1%.

Thanks for reaching out.

The 1% 1% you added on that option is not intended for scaling it down. That value settings you added for 1% 1% is for the positioning of your image.

If you want to change the size of your image, you can do it in the setup tab.
