Okay, I got the theme activated on my site at https://www.mdcreekmore.com/, however, there is one big problem (but hopefully a simple solution) on individual articles and pages the featured image is also being shown at the top of the page which looks awful https://www.mdcreekmore.com/colorado-knife-laws/. How can I change this?
Looks like you have it hidden with CSS now, which works. The best way to do this would be through a template edit in your child theme.
Copy the file FRAMEWORK/VIEWS/ETHOS/CONTENT.PHP to your child theme with the same folder structure, and delete the two highlighted lines below:
