I need direction on how to make an image popup when someone hovers a highlighted text. (the image below I hovered over “hardcore punk”

Sometimes I will just display an image and sometimes an image + text.
How can I create a template - global block - modal - so I can reuse in future posts?

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully we do not have a feature that enables you to display an image in a tooltip when someone hovers a highlighted text. You may need to install a 3rd party plugin. Perhaps the WordPress repository can help you:
