Image placeholder on category product list

Hello

I’m making a site based on X theme. Using the staging url to start before I buy a new license for this customer I encounter a problem.

I’m uploading products with wp import and in the XML there is already an image name but this image is physically not available on the FTP. For most products I already have an image but for some I don’t. I supposed that the image placeholder onerror would show. On the single product page it does show, but on the list of products of a category it shows nothing. I have tried several things but I can not make the image visible : https://megadeschachtbe.webhosting.be/product-categorie/gereedschap/ladders-stellingen/steigers/ is an example. I have 8 products there but on 2 products I don’t have an image yet. The CSS in the page shows :

(ID 136 is existing though and is the correct image)

Can you help me to fix this so I can finish this and show my customer where we are heading?

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the placeholder image is not present in your server and that is the reason behind your issue. I would suggest you upload the placeholder image to get rid of this issue.

Hi Tristup thank you very much but the placeholder image in woocommerce > settings > products is actually available and filled in https://megadeschachtbe.webhosting.be/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/no_image_prod.jpg

As well as in X > theme options > shop placeholder thumbnail

I have reuploaded and linked in both screens to be sure but the issue persists. I don’t see why it also shows 136 instead of the url because ID 136 is the correct image however I don’t see the 136 anywhere in the settings.

Hi @b2bpower,

I have checked and able to replicate the same issue in my local environment and suspect this could be a bug on the latest version theme and have reported it to the developers for further investigation.
