The demo is using classic section. Using classic section, add a background image and then enable parallax effect. Then using v2 section, add either lower or upper background and then enable parallax effect where you want it. See this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cqiQXwOlOU
When you press control when you hover, you do have an option to add classic section instead v2 section.
