Image overlay with text on interaction

Thanks for reaching out.
Yes, you can acheive that by adding the Image and the Text element inside a DIV element. And enable the Link Child Interaction to the DIV element. Also need to add the transformation effect to the Text element to change the Y axis value to move up the text.
