Image Not Showing in Promo

Hello. I’ve noticed an issue where certain images aren’t being shown in promos.

I had an image in the promo that worked. I replaced it, the image shows when typing it in, but then when I visit the page the image section is blank.

I have tried 4 different images and nothing will show. I also tried to revert back to the image I had before and it won’t show either.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I checked your given page URL, it seems that there is no image source URL. I would suggest you, please make sure you have added the correct image there. If it doesn’t work for you please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details meanwhile you must troubleshoot common issue before we investigate your settings.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

It seems that you have added the image tag (<IMG>) in place of the image source URL in the shortcode. I have added the image URL there and fixed it. Please have a look at your site.

I submitted secure note above, on my end the code side is correct, but for some reason the image still doesn’t show. I’ve tried multiple images. Thanks again for your help.

Could you tell me what was missing from before or where exactly it was missing?

I copied the picture location within the quotes. I just wanted to know for future reference to avoid coming back if possible. Thanks again!
