Image not showing in ConvertPlus

I am trying to use ConvertPlus to show an image on my homepage, but the image is not being shown. I want to show the image only when a user initially enters the site. Will you take a look to see why my image is not being shown? Also, where is the setting to only show the image on the homepage?

Thanks for writing in.

Is there a way to disable your hosting’s cache? May changes won’t take effect, the popup is not even popping even after setting it live with manual display. Plus, you should add your image as part content and not a background image. Background image will take the size of the container, and container takes it size from the content. If there is small content or no content, then background will be clip or not visible at all.

Try adding your image as content, example,

<img src="YOUR IMAGE URL" >

And you can add that code to your popup source code. Please check this video

Disabling my hosting’s cache? Is this something I would ask the hosting company to do?

Hi there,

Yes, but I’m not sure if it’s possible since it’s managed Wordpress where cache feature is built-in. But you may still try to see if it can be disabled.

I checked again and the popup won’t appear even the changes I made.

I want the popup only when the site is first entered, not every time someone goes back to the homepage. Where is the setting for that?

When I said it works, I meant that the popup is now being shown, whereas it wasn’t before.

This is what is happening…When I enter the website, the popup shows on the homepage. When I go to another page and then come back to the home page, the popup shows on the homepage again.

This is what I want to happen-----When I enter the website, the popup shows on the homepage. When I go to another page and then come back to the home page, I do not want the popup to show again. I only want the popup when someone initially enters the website.

is there a setting for this?

Yes, you should adjut the repeat control tab as @paul.r showed previously on this thread,

But it will also affect you navigate out of your website and back during the period you setup for the popup to not show.
