Image not filling div

hello,
Im not sure why this image is not filling the entire column. If you set the responsive screen size to 1800 you will see that the image is smaller than the column. I would like it to always fill the entire column. Can you please help with this? here is the URL:http://specialnarcoticsp.sg-host.com/about-us/

Thanks for reaching out.

The image width and height is smaller than the column height and width, and that is why it is not covering the whole column. If you want that to be covered, these two options.
You need to upload a bigger size image or you can set the image as a background of the column and set size cover. Please find the screenshot describing the setting:
