Hey Lucas,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your site and I’m seeing several 403 errors in the browser’s console. A 403 HTTP status error indicates that the request was understood, but will not fullfill the request because the requested asset is ‘forbidden’.

This is most likely an issue with your .htaccess file, or a permissions issue within your wordpress installation. Try to delete the .htaccess file that is in your root folder. Then, log in to your wordpress dashboard, go to Settings > Permalinks, and then just simply click Save Changes. This will generate a new .htaccess for your wordpress installation.

The images are loaded from the wrong domain, this can not be linked to an incorrect .htaccess file. In addition, we use Nginx and not Apache, so the server ignores .htaccess files.

I dumped the production database, replaced all the occurrences of “www.test.the-freaks.fr” by “www.the-freaks” .fr ", and replaced the base with the corrected dump.

Still now I can’t access to the media library in revolution slider and I can’t click on install in the plugins list (pro settings)

The images are loading but I can see the error that is being triggered so I will reach out to the Revolution Slider authors to investigate this as it’s most likely plugin and/or hosting related and not really theme specific. I will keep you in the loop.

Don’t understand still don’t work for me … nothing happen when I click on the blue empty images areas !
In my timeline I have only one layer ! can you upload any image you find in the slider please, I don’t see any changement

About the image issues, we’re still reaching out to Revolution slider author.

And my I know what columns you’re creating? I don’t see it from your screenshot. If you’re referring to the process of adding column, then please click the add column like from here https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/what-happened-to-classic-column-element/66839/16 (videos provided on that thread should help as well

And if you’re referring to the 2 columns that stayed on 1 column, then I recommend switching the device view layout and apply the 2 columns layout there (I guess it’s laptop or tablet view based on your screenshot size).
