I am trying to have images of frontal products that show the side of the product when the mouse pass on the image.
Can I do it with cornerstone simple featuring?

Regretfully, the functionality you described is not a feature offered in the theme nor Cornerstone. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this.
