Image fade out to reveal full page header upon scroll or click

I’d like to create a header similar to this page http://mancinimade.com.au - with the initial image fading out to reveal a full page header.

(Unlike this site, once the header is revealed, you’ll be able to scroll down to see content)

What’s the best way to do this? Thanks in adavnce!

The X theme does not have such a functionality out of the box and you will need to customize the theme to achieve a feature like that and that is outside of our support scope.
