Image Element suggestion: Add Caption option

Hi!

I would like to suggest a Caption option for the Image element. It would mean a lot in many situations.

It could act like the Quote element which has a Citation part that can be styled as liked.

Absolutely seconded. I find it bizarre that it isnt already included given that so many need accessibility via a screen reader! Thanks for considering it! What do others use as a workaround?
