Image display issue

Hi team,

We are having issues with what I think is the featured image – the problem is best shown on the following page:

Please go to:

Live Music - ASAP Entertainment

you will see the images are not displayed (page displays “all’ options)

then, in the ‘view by category’ box, select ‘opera’ (as an example), wait for the info to be displayed and you will see the images are displayed

then, in the ‘view by category’ box, select ‘All’

you will see all the images are now all displayed ……

Hi Joe,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your page and I can see all the images on initial load of the page, you might be having cache issues, try clearing all caches (plugin + browser) and see if this resolves the issue.

Upon further checking I see the page is created using a third party page builder, regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

I’d recommend you to use Cornerstone instead to build pages to avoid potential errors and conflicts.
