I would like to place a small Image below the Image of the Product on the Woo Commerce product page.

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, that’s not currently possible and it’s Woocommerce limitation. I recommend contacting a Woocommerce developer to achieve this look. That area is limited to product images only, maybe it’s possible with just jQuery but that means it will be static and the same image will be applied to all products.
