Image Behind Navigation on a page by page basis

Please notice that there is an image behind the navigation on each page.

Is there a way to reproduce this in Pro theme without having to have a header per page? That would be unmanageable.

Ideally, the logo + nav menu would be in the header and I would add a section with the image on a page by page basis. And using something like rev slider for a static page image is overkill and the performance suffers.

Hi there,

Thanks for writing around! You can add a section under your header and set different background image on different pages. With custom CSS you can show the header on top of your section.

Any chance I could get the starter css to move that section to the top of the screen and behind the header?

Hi There,

Please create a transparent header with absolute position, so that it will overlap to the first section of all page.
Then you can create the first section of all pages with image background so that it would give you the exact look that you are looking for.

In this case, you no need to create a separate header for every page. Just the page section would works. and no need of custom CSS too.
