I put the Little Red Riding Hood post on my Blog online and it is fine. However, when I backup my website and import it into the local host, the image does ot display. I looked at the settings of both and they appear to be identical.
My site is hosted by Namecheap.l My local site is using xampp.
Do you know why this would be the case?

Thank you. I will check your link but want to let you know that I used the All In One WP Migration plugin to migrate this to the lo al host so I expect that it is correct.

We also recommend the said plugin, I recommend you to check the given link and verify the process explained there. Please let me know if you have already followed the same process, but it does not work. I would also request you to check the folder & file permissions of the upload folder to get the images loaded into the pages, it is a common issue found after migration.
