Image appears on top when set to bottom layer - revolution slider

I have my layers set up with my image at the bottom of the stack and my set text within a group on top
the image still appears above text in the viewer and browser.

i am using is a jpeg but this shouldn’t be an issue as I trying to place text above not behind it.

Can you let me know what the issue could be to cause this as all the tutorials say this should work.

Sorry the user was incorrect - I’ve updated.

Please note: I’m having all sorts of problems with Pro console not launching

I had to do a restore and lost all the slider I was working on. It fixed the problem but now I cannot access the Pro console AGAIN to make any amends.

This is a total nightmare as there’s no way to edit and I’ve not changed any plugins or settings - it happened whilst I was working on it.

I have checked your slider and I am seeing this:

What layout do you have in mind? Could you please give us a mock layout or a screenshot so that we will have an idea of what do you want to display? For us, it is working perfectly.

And to fix the preview error, we recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */

I managed get the PRO console working again so I could edit my page and icorporate sliders again.

I still have the same problem with images appearing on top of text - even when at the bottom of the layer stack.

I don’t want use a background image as I’m trying to avoid having full width images.

I still cannot get layers to work in Revolution slider.

No matter what order they are in the stack, it doesn’t change elements order so I can’t alter what’s positioned above or below. Am I doing something wrong here?

I can’t even use my wacom with your plugin - I see threads with you clearly stating you do not support them.

I really hope you can help as I’ve had nothing but problems with the plugin so far.

Thanks for the tip, the layer is already at the bottom of the stack. Can you please re-check as the problem persists. This is across all my sliders.

In the top video slider I’ve added two layers of text above a shape layer.
You can clearly see the layer do not work, even when set up correctly.

Could this be the plugin is corrupt somehow?
There is nothing in my CSS stopping the plugin working.

OK So firstly thanks for your HELP!!!

I’m used to adobe layers that stack the opposite way in the timeline. Because elements are brought to front when you have them selected it was totally confusing me in the rev slider preview.

layers are all working fine now you pointed out what I was doing wrong.
