I'm using a stacked logo and nav bar and want it fixed, the navbar is but the logo isn't!

Hi, is there any way of making the logo fixed so it stays in the same position (along with the navbar) as you first see it before scrolling down? At the minute when you scroll down the page, the logo moves off the top of the screen and the navbar moves to the top of the page. I’m using a stacked logo and nav bar and want it fixed. I can’t figure out the CSS!

I’ll put the URL in a secure note as it’s being built on a temp link.
