I keep getting this message " We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again."

I checked your site and noticed you’re using the X theme with Cornerstone page builder, but your license code is registered with the Pro theme. To resolve this, please deactivate and delete the X theme and Cornerstone plugin, then install the Pro theme and validate it using your license code. Where is the download file?
I found the file but when I try to instal it, it says
" This site can’t be reached

You may activate the Pro Child theme now.
