The message is Your code is valid, but it looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account. I reassigned it from another X site 2 weeks ago. Today I updated to Pro, but it’s not accepting the license number.

The license code must be assigned to the Site URL address, which can be found in WP Dashboard > Settings > General.

Kyle gave me a special price on a ProMax bundle. So I purchased via that button. I have bought that ProMax subscription for this site, www.diamondfinishes.com.au/wp/wordpress/, but it’s arrived in my licenses as a separate entity.
How do I apply it to the site? I mistakenly thought it was an addon. But maybe not.

Pro Max is a separate Pro license with Max. It is the Max Unlimited will add all Max products to your account.

I have added the domain to the fields in the Single Licences dashboard> Promax licence. It shows on that page that Max is active. However, when I go to the site’s WP dashboard, I refresh on the max bundle there is no change.

Clearing the cache in Cornerstone Settings or revoking the license and validating it again may solve the issue.
Check your dashboard now.
