IIS Server and $SITE_NAME/x/#/ 404 issues

We’ve spun up an internal Windows IIS server at work for me to develop our new site. I manually installed the newest version of WordPress and then I found your X theme. I’m very excited to use it, but whenever I attempt to access the following I get a 404 error on the URL: $SITE_NAME/x/#/

Cornerstone
Theme Options
Templates
Global Blocks
Design Cloud

I have tried setting up these folders manually, but then the server kicks back a 403 error. I want to use your theme, but right now I can’t. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Hello Marc,

Thanks for writing in!

Please remove the folders. In your WordPress dashboard, you will need to go to Settings > Permalinks and select “Post Name” or any other than the default. Make sure that your IIS supports pretty permalinks for WordPress.
