If I use the global css feature, will my stylesheet be saved?

Hello, if I use the global css feature, will future updates ruin my css stylesheet?

I want to know where it is saved. Also, is there a way to activate typewriter scrolling?

Thanks for writing in!

If you add custom css in X > Theme Options > Custom CSS section, the css will be saved in the database. If you are going to add your own stylesheet as well, just keep in mind the order of how the styles will be applied to your site.

• Theme’s stack styles (integrity, icon, ethos, renew)
• Child theme’s stylesheet
• WordPress Customize’s Additional CSS (Appearance > Customizer > Additional CSS)
• Theme Option settings
• Theme Option’s Custom CSS
• Cornerstone/Pro editor Custom CSS

I am not sure about the Typewriter Scrolling. It looks like that we do not have any of the feature.

If I click on theme options and then css, is that your last style sheet mentioned (Cornerstone/Pro editor Custom CSS)? Or is that second to last (Theme Option’s Custom CSS)?

Hello Daniel,

When you click in X > Theme Options > Custom CSS, this is the Theme Option’s custom css.

Cornerstone/Pro editor Custom CSS can be access when you are editing a page/post in Cornerstone or Pro Editor.
