My client is having an issue on IE where her sub menu drops down where on chrome it drops up. See screenshots. She cannot see all the menu items in the dropdown.

This seems to be a bug in the IE browser that it can not detect the edge of the browser lower part to make sure the submenu goes into the upward mode. Please kindly consider that we do not have a choice regarding this as IE 11 does have this problem when it comes to calculating the correct window height.
If the IE 11 is that much of importance for your customers you need to change the way you lay out your menus and avoid having that much of a long drop-down menu. You will need to arrange the menu items differently.
IE 11 is a small part of the user base these days and I would suggest that the customers who still use IE 11 live with that or change their browsers.
