Since the update I see distinction in some sections called Classic Element where the boxes to put ID appear that I then want to link with #ID buttons
and the new ones do not appear this option, so I do not know how to add an ID to make a navigation type onepage

Thank you for reaching out to us. In the new (V2) sections. you can find this under Customize tab. In content builder, Inspect your section:
Then go to the Customize tab:
Under Setup title, you’ll see the ID field:
