Icons on video controls not showing

Hi,

I have a self hosted video in the video element and in the preview play/pause icons are showing ok, but they are missing in the live view. Tried disabling all plugins, but that didn’t help. Any suggestions?

Can you please go through a few common issue troubleshoot:

1. Theme related Issue

2. CSS/JS Customization

3. Disabling Cache

If none of the above helps, please share your website credentials to examine.

Please let us know your site credentials, including:

– Link to your WordPress site
– WordPress Admin username / password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hi @arnoldmeulenbeld,

Please turn on the Solid and Regular settings in the Miscellaneous, to do that please go to Pro > Theme Options > Miscellaneous and it will solve your issue about the video icon not showing in the front-end.
