Icons in Classic Element animated icon GONE!

I updated “X” and Cornerstone and icons are now missing from “Agency” theme animated Classic Element. Website is www.PLphoto.com . home page in “my work” section. The icon populates the “select icon” field but does not show up on updated page nor the saved section.

Thanks for writing in! I can see that you are still using X 6.1.6. Please have it updated to X theme 6.2.5 which is now available in automatic updates! This release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (https://theme.co/changelog/). Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Dear RueNel, Updating to the 6.2.5 seemed to do the trick. Clearing the cache is just a function through my browser correct? OR is there a setting in the “X” theme that allows me to do it just for the theme?

Hi there,

If you do not have any caching plugin installed, you do not need clear anything on your site but just the browser cache.

Hi. I was having a similar problem. I went ahead and updated my theme. However, the icon now shows but the circle around the icon (as in the agency theme) does not show. Here is my website. Please scroll down under services http://hairbyphonatip.com/

It should be appearing as under services in this theme demo http://demo.theme.co/agency/

Please advise if you can assist.

Thanks for updating this thread. I have checked your site and it appears that you install WP Fastest Cache. What you are experiencing is just a caching issue. Always remember that after every theme and plugins update, always clear your plugin caches so that the code from the latest version will be loaded and not the cached version.

Thanks. I went ahead and cleared the cache before I sent you the message. I also cleared the cache on my other plugins as well as on cloudflare. All cache are clear.

Can you please make sure that my website looks like the demo. There must be some programming that is not working properly.

Hello @NickPapp33,

I have investigated the issue and I found out why the border is not present. It is because you did not set any border at all.

Please edit your page back in Cornerstone and ensure that borders are set and enabled.

thanks for your suggestion. In fact, I have been selecting all the different choices under this drop down menu and none of them will bring the circle around the icon as per the demo.

Would it be possible to trouble shoot this problem and make sure that the recommendations you are sending me in fact work.

Though you have enabled the border, you forgot to set the border width. It needs to have at least one pixel.

I went ahead and made some changes.

Hello, I seem to be having a similar problem. I updated x theme and now my icons are not working. They have a border of 4 pixels and have cleared my cache. My website is:
