I’ve upgraded from 6.5.6 to 7.10 and lost icons from the menu on our dev site. Luckily I didn’t do live without testing first.
With the best will in the world I would be reluctant to grant access to the back-end unless absolutely necessary.
Since I’m not the only one with this issue it should be possible for you guys to re-create the issue?

I wanted to followup here because I’ve made an adjustment to the FontAwesome styles that I believe will correct your issue, but regretfully I’ve been unable to confirm with anyone if this is indeed the same issue being reported. If you wouldn’t mind, I could install a patched version of Cornerstone on your site.
No pressure or obligation - I just thought I’d let you know. Once I confirm this is the fix needed, we can get a point release out to address it officially. Thanks!
Update: We’ve pushed an update including a fix for an issue with Font Awesome icons. I wasn’t able to confirm if this is the same issue mentioned here, but I would advise updating to see if your issue is resolved.
Thank you. Updating both X to 7.1.1 and Cornerstone to 4.1.1 fixed the icon issue.
On a side note I believe the GDPR prevents us from giving you access to the site without a GDPR compliant data processor agreement in place between us.
