Icons Are Not Loading

Hi,

For some reason the Icons on my site are currently not loading. I have attached images. When I go to the customise button in Wordpress however, they pop up no problem. Could this be a caching issue?

Hi Gavin,

Thanks for reaching out.

It’s due to optimization and CloudFlare. It’s working on admin since optimization is usually applied on the front and not on backend. Please check for the following first:

  1. If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins.

  2. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services (especially CloudFlare).

  3. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

  4. Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.
