Icons appear above popup window

Hello, I have a strange situation on my website.

I modified the footer.php to add the code to create a popup window and I added the code JQuery so that when the user clicks on the button of the widgets bar and it is not logged the popup is shown.

Everything works fine, but some icons on the home page and blog appear above the popup window and I can not put them below. I tried to use z-index, but it does not work.

Could you see my website and help me with what is going on please?

Please try adding the following CSS under Customizer > Custom > Global CSS:

.popup {
    z-index: 9999;
}
