iATS Aura Form not showing with script

I am using the iATS payment program. I have created an Aura Form via their website. I was given the following script to enter for the form to show up on my site:

It shows up fine while logged into Wordpress, however when I view the site on a mobile phone, or different browser I am not logged into Wordpress the form doesn’t show up.

I am using content area element and inserting the script into it. Is there a different way to add a form via script into my page?

I am still having issues getting the form to show up. It only shows for me on chrome when I am logged in. No form on Firefox, Edge, or any mobile browser. Any help would be appreciated?

Hello Sean,

I am another staff checking in. I am not seeing your form in Chrome or Firefox. Nothing displays inside your content area. I recommend that you use the “Raw Content” element instead. This element will preserve any code that is added and display it as it is.

Please let us know how it goes.

I changed the element to raw content and inserted the script. Again shows up while logged into dashboard, however still is not showing up outside of that. I am testing using incognito window in chrome.

In that case, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

• Link to your site
• WordPress Admin username / password
• FTP credentials

Hi there,

I’m able to reproduce the issue on the first load, it then works on both mobile and desktop and in different browsers. It shows either logged in or not. Have you checked if you disable javascript on your device’s browser?
