I upgraded to PRO but changed my mind

I used the offer to update to pro for free, but then I discovered that in updating the site to PRO instead of X I lose all customization, even with an export and import of the settings.

I’d rather keep using X not PRO… is that possible / if not can you 'down’grade my license please?

Hi Andre,

Updating X to Pro will not affect your customization if that is not done in the parent theme instead of the child theme. I would suggest first you copy your live site to a staging server and upgrade to Pro if that works then migrate it to your live server.
