Hi there for my website slowpourbrewing.com, I updated the X theme, and when it finished and the dashboard was reloaded, the X menu option on the left side is gone. please advise. thanks.

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking your site, I see that you have updated your X theme to the latest version, but you’re still using an older version of Cornerstone plugin.
Please head over to Plugins -> Installed plugins section within your WordPress back-end, then disable and delete the current version of your Cornerstone plugin. Then download the latest version of X theme from your Envato account and once you unzip x.zip file, you should be able to locate the cornerstone.zip plugin file under x/framework/. Use cornerstone.zip plugin file to install the latest version of Cornerstone and see if that resolves your issue.
In case you’re still having issues, please disable your plugins except Cornerstone plugin to see if you’re experiencing a plugin conflict. If the issue is resolved, then you can enable your plugins one by one to see which plugin causing the issue.
In case if you cannot isolate the issue, please provide us with your WordPress login credentials in a secure note to check your issue further.

Please do testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
If that did not work, try switching to the parent X theme.
