I updated my plugins and now I can't change anything for my search appearance

When I click on my main page in WordPress it looks like this.

I just want it to look normal, so I can edit my slug and description and search. This only happened after I just updated Pro, W3, and Yoast. Please help!!!www.lemonclear.com

6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY
